This blast chiller by Polar is a stainless steel shock freezer which can chill and freeze large quantities of food in small amounts of time whilst taste, appearance and nutritional quality of food is preserved. This model has a self-closing door along with 70mm of insulation to ensure great thermal insulation. This chiller is able to chill 18 KG food from 70°C to 3°C in 90 minutes and can freeze 14 KG food from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes. Castors make the unit easy to manoeuvre and stainless steel construction ensures durability and makes the unit easy to clean.
