It has the capacity for 330 skaters at an average price of £13 (inc VAT) per 45 min session. 
This has the potential revenue of £4290 per hour with 10 sessions a day = £42,900.
Obviously the rink does not run at full capacity but you would expect an average capacity of 45% across a 6-week season with your peak being between Christmas and New Year.
Currently located in Sussex but could be relocated to any location. Includes everything you need to run a successful seasonal ice rink, including things you wouldn’t have even thought of!
