The roof terrace complete with handrails and stairs has a wooden decking area (BRAND NEW OCT 2019) ideal for your guests or VIP`s to savoir the event from a unique viewing point. Alternatively this has been used as an area for a band so no need to hire a stage as everyone has a perfect view. It has also been used for security/event management as you have a birds eye view of the event it is placed in. Ideal also as a camera or spotlight point at concerts and racing events. Can be used for `one off` events or placed permanently as requires very little if any maintenance.

Externally signage is prominent with `2` sets of the word BAR in large `Fake` grass giving a great look. (this can be changed to say alternate things if you are not going to use this for a bar, i.e Food, Coffee, merchandise outlet etc....

Inside the bar has been renovated only 8 months ago to include a sliding (lockable) patio door for extra piece of mind for security.
