The Kitchen measures 8mtrs long x 2.5mtrs wide.
Internal length 692cm
The kitchen is fitted with an internal distribution panel. The trailer is powered by 2 x 32 Amp 3 Phase input. There is a gas inlet which powers the internally fitted Combi boiler and the gas related cooking equipment. The combi boiler provides hot water all three sinks. There is a water in and an out connection to mains water.
There is a handwash sink with hot and cold running water in compliance with Food Safety requirements.
There is a rear and side entrance into the kitchen with a fold away ladder.
