Photographs
Along with this information, to get the best interest, it is advised that you include some photos of your items. Don't worry if you don't have a photo, you can still place your advert.
Remember the photographs you submit are 90% of what the customer bases their decision on to ring you and to buy your equipment. It could be worth getting a professional to take a photo of expensive items.
It is best if you have a main photo which, like your advert title, sums up and shows everything that you are selling in that advert.
You can have one or as many photos as you feel necessary to sell your product (within reason). Be aware that we may not upload all of your images if we feel that they are not needed. If they are very similar to each other, we will pick the best ones. If you would like specific photos on your advert, let us know and we will happily add them for you.

Tips and things to avoid:
- Try not to capture people or random objects, these won't help you sell your items.
- Avoid blurry photos - Take your photographs in a well lit area, making sure that the light isn't behind the object as this makes the object really dark. If possible use a tripod, or alternatively rest your camera on a solid object like a chair.
- Don't take excessive photos of one object from every angle, the best photos show at least two sides and the top, you should be able to show every side of your equipment with two photos. Close ups are advisable to highlight any special features or to make buyers aware of any damaged areas.
- Look at the background! It will only take a moment to clear the rubbish from where you are taking the photo! Even better use a white sheet behind your item to make a neutral background.
