The farm café is a large portacabin & comes fully equipped, it is situation within a busy campsite & along a popular footpath leading to down to Maenporth beach, which is just 1 of over 8 beaches in the local area, making it a popular area with tourists.

Surrounded by a few villages with thriving communities of an older generation, there are plenty of people in the area wanting breakfasts/snacks/cream teas/ healthy meals/pasties/pizzas/ ice creams etc.

Not only this, but we are located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with world-class gardens just down the road that attract people from all over the world.

We are a working farm who support anyone running the cafe, we offer you a captive audience during summer months with a busy campsite, a growing glamping business & have recently become an alternative wedding venue, offering ceremonies & weekend celebrations.

Having already taken wedding bookings consisting of large groups, there will be plenty of opportunities to be busy early summer as well as during the school holidays. Wedding catering may be an option in the future.

We get very busy in the summer holidays this position would probably not be suitable for parents with younger children, as the cafe is normally open 7 days a week during the last week of July & in the month of August.

Ideally this opportunity would suit an EXPERIENCED couple who want to be dedicated to their roles during peak season & will enjoy having 3-4 months off in middle of winter.

At the moment, the business picks up around April & drops off around October/November although there is huge potential to tap into the very OAP market, out of peak season.

Themed nights are also an option to potentially explore.

Low rental rates, low maintenance & insurance already paid.

It is very important that we find a couple who will offer consistency & that the café continues to work well with our ever-evolving campsite.
