Sold 2x Trapeze Marquee + Event Equipment - Cornwall

Description

When the Marquees are joined together with the joiner kit, the max capacity is 200 seated but I've always said max about 180 so its not too tight. You can put tables and chairs on the dance floor and move them of later in evening.

It takes two strong people 2x days to set up and 1 day to take down. Obviously easier and quicker if you have others working but I've done most events just me and a hired hand.

The hire charge for both marquees inc. floor, lighting dance floor & decor are £2500 per hire

The season worked well from April to October (26 events), setting up on a Wednesday & Thursday and take down on a Monday.
Giving you a summer season income of £65,000 for three days per week.

I usually join them together which makes -30ft x 80ft. All doors and windows and joiner kit included.

Notes

Also included in the sale is a 7ft x 18ft OLD storage container which all the listed stock is currently stored in. I have not advertised it as I am not sure if the floor of the container was damaged in transit. ‘IF’ the floor of the container is ok, it costs £360 for 4 hours to hire of a high hab & driver from GT Stones.

There is also a stage in the container, I've not advertised it as I know at least 1 of the chipboard panels may need replacing but its included. It’s made up of 4 x 4ft x 8ft blocks, joined together with bolts and makes a 8ft x 16ft low stage, also a LED 5/6ft front bar but I have not used it for 3 years so am unsure if all parts (as in bolts) are present and correct, but if you have a half a brain you can work it out.

There are some damaged kidder rails and stakes but I got a quote to replace the damaged kedder rails (the join between the doors and canopy) and stakes for £600 from "the marquee experience", they are the uk suppliers for Tentnology where I bought my marquees from. You could buy the stakes somewhere cheaper but the kedder rails you need to buy from them. I am able to do a gig no problem with the current kit but as its going to a new owner I think it would be best i let some off the price so you can replace the few bits to make life easier ....
